Based in Tel Aviv's vibrant food tech community, Fabumin is our third venture in the alternative proteins sector. Funded by the Israel Innovation Authority and as a part of the IFF Innovation Lab, we operate a TRL 6-level semi-industrial pilot and hold an international patent. We're actively collaborating on R&D with global food corporations, who are integrating Fabumin into their recipes. Our achievements include the CWI Award from XXX , 'Most Promising Startup' XX from Tel Hai College, and top honors in 'Women in Agrifood Nation' XXX  and 'EIT FOOD's Upscal Challenge' XXX.
